LIBRARIAN New Syllabus & Exam Scheme
पुस्कालयाध्यक्ष ग्रेड- II और ग्रेड- III के पद के लिए प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की स्कीम और पाठ्य विवरण : नया सिलेबस और परीक्षा पैटर्न
परीक्षा 400 अंक की होगी । दो प्रश्नपत्र होंगे । प्रत्येक प्रश्नपत्र 200 अंकों का होगा ।
प्रश्नपत्र- I ( 1 ) प्रश्नपत्र अधिकतम 200 अंकों का होगा ।
( 2 ) प्रश्नपत्र की समयावधि दो घंटे होगी । ( 3 ) प्रश्नपत्र में 100 बहुविकल्पी प्रश्न होंगे । ( 4 ) उत्तरों के मूल्यांकन में नकारात्मक अंकन लागू होगा । प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए , उस विशिष्ट प्रश्न के लिए विहित अंकों का एक तिहाई भाग काटा जा सकेगा । स्पष्टीकरण : गलत उत्तर से अशुद्ध उत्तर या एक से अधिक उत्तर अभिप्रेत हैं । ( 5 ) प्रत्येक प्रश्नपत्र के लिए न्यूनतम अर्हक अंक 40 प्रतिशत होंगे परन्तु उपर्युक्त नियत प्रतिशत , अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यर्थियों लिए पांच प्रतिशत शिथिल किया जायेगा । ( 6 ) प्रश्नपत्र में निम्नलिखित विषय सम्मिलित होंगे : ( i ) राजस्थान का भौगोलिक , ऐतिहासिक , सांस्कृतिक और सामान्य ज्ञान । ( ii ) राजस्थान के समसामयिक मामले । ( iii ) विश्व और भारत का सामान्य ज्ञान । ( iv ) शिक्षा मनोविज्ञान ।
प्रश्नपत्र का पाठ्य विवरण और विस्तार : -

प्रलेखीय विवरणो के सिद्धान्तों का विहंगम दृष्टिकोण मानकीकरण विवरण और विनिमय में वर्तमान रूझान सूचीकरण का मानक पाठ्यक्रम ( iii ) ज्ञान संगठन की विधियां विश्व और भारत का सामान्य ज्ञान पुस्तकालय वर्गीकरण का सामान्य सिद्धांत वर्गीकरण और उनके लागू होने का मानक सिद्धांत पुस्तकालय वर्गीकरण के प्रकार वर्गीकरण की मानक योजनाए और उनकी विशेषताएं सी.सी. , ई.डी.सी. , यू.डी.सी. नोटेशनः आवश्यकता , कार्य , गुण पुस्तकालय वर्गीकरण , मानक उप - अनुभाग अनुक्रमणिका स्कीमों की डिजाइन और विकास पुस्तकालय वर्गीकरण में रूझान ( iv ) विषय वर्गीकरण शिक्षा मनोविज्ञान विषय वर्गीकरण के सिद्धान्त विषय शीर्ष सूचियां और उनकी विशेषताएं । प्रश्नपत्र का पाठ्य विवरण और विस्तार : -परीक्षा के लिए प्रश्नपत्र का पाठ्य विवरण और विस्तार ऐसा होगा जो आयोग / राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड या , यथास्थिति , नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय - समय पर विहित किया जाये और अभ्यर्थियों को नियत समय के भीतर , ऐसी रीति से , जो आयोग / राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड या , यथास्थिति , नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी उचित समझे , सूचित किया जायेगा ।
LIBRARIAN New Syllabus & Exam Scheme In English :
Scheme and Syllabus of Competitive Examination for the post of Librarian Grade-II and Grade-III: The examination will be of 400 marks. There will be two question papers. Each question paper will be of 200 marks. Paper-I (1) The question paper will be of maximum 200 marks. (2) The duration of the question paper will be two hours. (3) The question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions. (4) Negative marking will be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For each wrong answer, one third of the marks prescribed for that particular question may be deducted. Explanation: Wrong answer means wrong answer or more than one answer. (5) The minimum qualifying marks for each paper shall be 40 percent but the percentage fixed above shall be relaxed by five percent for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. (6) The question paper will consist of the following subjects: (i) Geographical, historical, cultural and general knowledge of Rajasthan. (ii) Current Affairs of Rajasthan. (iii) General knowledge of the world and India. (iv) Educational psychology.
Syllabus and extent of question paper:- The syllabus and extent of question paper for the examination shall be such as may be prescribed by the Commission/Rajasthan Staff Selection Board or the appointing authority, as the case may be, from time to time and the candidates shall, within the stipulated time, be appointed in such manner. shall be informed by the Commission/Rajasthan Staff Selection Board or, as the case may be, the appointing authority, as it may deem fit. Paper-II Knowledge Organization, Information Processing and Retrieval (1) The question paper will be of maximum 200 marks. (2) The duration of the question paper will be two hours. पुस्कालयाध्यक्ष ग्रेड- II योग्यता : वि.अ.आ. द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त स्नातक या समतुल्य परीक्षा साथ ही सरकार / राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त पुस्तकालय विज्ञान में डिग्री या डिप्लोमा ।
पुस्कालयाध्यक्ष ग्रेड- III योग्यता : सीनियर सैकण्डरी साथ ही सरकार / राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त पुस्तकालय विज्ञान में प्रमाणपत्र / पुस्तकालय और सूचना विज्ञान में स्नातक / पुस्तकालय और सूचना विज्ञान में डिप्लोमा ।
