VACANCIES IN ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN DELHI
1. Applications are invited from experienced and qualified candidates for various
contractual posts of teachers in Army Public Schools located in Delhi. Details of vacancies
and the applicationform are attached for your reference. Vacancies are open to all.

3. Preferable Requirements. CTET qualified candidates will be preferred.
4. Qualifications
(a) PGT
(i) PG with a minimum 50% mark in the subject in which appointment is sought.
(ii) B.Ed with 50% Marks.
(b) TGT
(i) Graduation with B.Ed. Min 50% marks in each.
(ii) In case of less than 50% in graduation but candidate has qualified in PG in the
same subject & scored min 50% marks in PG, then the candidate is eligible.
(c) PRT
(i) Graduate with 2yrs Diploma in Elementary Edn (DE.Ed) /BEd with 50% marksin
each.
(ii) Those candidates who have qualified in BEd & not in DE.Ed should have donea
6 Months bridge course in Elementary Edn (DE.Ed) with in 2 yrs of appointment
as PRT.
(d) Computer Teachers
(i) BCA
OR
(ii) Graduation in Computer Science or BE/B. Tech Computer Science/IT.
OR
(iii) Graduation in any subject with A level course from DOEACC, Ministry of
information & Communication
(e) Visual & Performing Arts Teachers
(i) Graduate with 3yrs Diploma in his specific field
5. Age. As on 01 Apr 2022.
(a) Fresher (Less than 5yrs experience) – Below 40 years
(b) Experienced Candidates. Below 57 years (incl ESM).
# (to avail age relaxation between 40 & 57 years, 5 year experience should be in the
Appropriate Category in the last 10 years. Experience gained as TGT Shall be
countedfor PGT & experience gained as PRT will be counted for TGT.
